Where They Started
Aligning a strong existing system with the FSC Audit Criteria.
Through the Master Builders Australia grant program, Structus set out to achieve WHS Accreditation through the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner to enable the business to tender and build under the Housing Australia Future Fund. Accreditation also opens the door to other federally funded work, including defence and critical infrastructure projects.
Structus entered the process with a certified ISO 45001 safety management system operating within a broader Integrated Management System. While the system was robust, it was not yet aligned to the FSC Audit Criteria, which set a higher bar for demonstrated implementation across projects.

Compliance Council ran the job from gap analysis through to audit, working with the Structus project team to ensure the uplifted system reflected real project practice and operated effectively through Procore.
