Perth building firm Novus Homes has taken home a highly sought after Master Builders Australia National Excellence Award.

The Balcatta builder won the Toyota National Display home $500,000 to $1.5M for their ‘Paragon’ display home at the National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards in Adelaide on the weekend.

The Paragon boasts large bedrooms, private guest area and luxury upstairs master suite, opening onto a large balcony and sitting area. Its main hub is the large kitchen, with designer cabinets, feature island bench, concealed bar cabinet and large scullery.

Denita Wawn, CEO of Master Builders Australia said that the Paragon “incorporates a minimalistic architectural design, with timber and stone cladding, creating a rich and impressive home.”

“All the living areas have views to the deluxe alfresco and pool area and the home is designed for family living at its best,” she said.

“Impeccable attention to detail in its many bespoke features is evident inside and out and it provides great value for money,” Denita Wawn said.
