These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with Master Builders Australia’s privacy and copyright statements. Master Builders reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Descriptions of contracts contained on this website are a guide only and do not outline a specific fitness for purpose.  Master Builders Australia gives no representation or warranty about suitability of a particular contract for a specific function. 

Master Builders Australia does not accept responsibility for loss or damage suffered by any person or body relying directly or indirectly on any information contained within the pro forma contracts.  All contracts are purchased at the risk of those making the purchase.

Master Builders Australia does not have access to the customer’s credit card number which is encrypted for security purposes.  The credit card will be debited at the time of processing the payment.  A tax invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the customer.

Orders are ordinarily despatched within seven working days. Three days should be allowed for delivery.  This timeframe is indicative only.  Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer if a delay is expected.

Provided an order has not already been despatched, it may be cancelled in full or part by calling Master Builders Australia on (02) 6202 8888.  Returns are not accepted by Master Builders Australia unless the customer has received an unordered item or a faulty item or unless otherwise required by Australian law.

Donations

Master Builders Australia is a registered third party with the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). The Electoral Act restricts the receipt of donations from foreign donors. A foreign donor can be a person who is not an Australian citizen or resident, or a corporation that is not incorporated in Australia, or an entity for which the principal place of business is not in Australia. Third parties must not receive donations from foreign donors for the amount or value equal to or above the disclosure threshold, which are then used for:

• the purpose of incurring electoral expenditure; or
• the dominant purpose of creating or communicating electoral matter.

By completing your order, you declare that you are not a foreign donor as defined above. If we find you do not meet the criteria and there has been an error, your donation will be immediately refunded.

Please be aware, donations of more than $14,500 will be disclosed to the electoral commission as part of annual disclosure obligations.
