Master Builders Australia’s Submission to Safe Work Australia: Best Practice Review of the model Work Health and Safety laws.

In September Safe Work Australia released a discussion paper to commence the Best Practice Review of the model Work, Health and Safety Laws. 

Master Builders Australia takes this opportunity to respond to the Discussion Paper. Master Builders acknowledges that the model Work, Health and Safety laws apply across all industries but advises that the views provided in this submission are specific to the building and construction industry.
