Rocky Slater

A construction professional with over 20 years’ experience within the commercial building sector, Rocky has specialised in leading high performing delivery teams and multi-disciplinary consultants through an inclusive leadership approach to deliver highly complex technical projects across varying sectors and contractual models including PPP, D&C, MC, CM, Cost Plus and Fixed Lump Sum. Relevant projects delivered include aviation, education, Defence, health, industrial, food and beverage, retail, aged care, office and justice.

In 2024 Rocky has undertaken a role as Project Director for Tetris Capital Pty Ltd focused on social infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Tetris Capital, Rocky was the State Manager WA for a national building contractor, with direct operational oversight responsible for the strategic management of time, cost, risk, HSEQ, training, industrial relations and contractual matters; whilst balancing client relationships, business growth and providing leadership, professional development training and mentoring to reflect the business’ strategic plan.

Rocky is a passionate advocate for a sustainable construction industry. She is a board representative for the Master Builders Association of Western Australia, the Master Builders Ltd National Board, the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund (CTF) Board, MBAWA Construction Council and MBA National Economics & Productivity Committee.
