Graciete (Grace) Ferreira

Grace joined the National Board in 2019 and is the first female non-executive board member of Master Builders Australia in the organisation’s 130 year history.

The President of the Master Builders ACT, Grace has served on the organisation’s Executive Council for 13 years and previously chaired its suppliers and subcontractors council. She is the Managing Director of Pacific Formwork Pty Ltd, a specialist provider of formwork solutions to the building and construction industry and a director of Canberra based precast panel manufacturer Precast Projects.

Grace sits on the boards of the ACT Government’s Training Fund Authority, the ACT Regional Building & Construction Industry Training Council and Canberra’s Police Youth and Citizens Club. She previously served on the ACT Government’s Default Insurance Fund for 5 years.
